Salary: £35,952 to £46,608 per annum (London) £33,364 to £42,986 per annum (National) pro rata

The HR Advisor is integral to the HR Team and delivers adaptive, timely and compliant advice across the entire employee lifecycle. Collaborating with colleagues across all functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team and supporting HR Business Partners, they will provide an outstanding advisory service across the group. Reinforcing the values and behaviours of Clarion and supporting ongoing investment in our people to deliver exceptional outcomes to our communities.
The ideal candidate will hold the CIPD Level 5 qualification, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and substantial experience working in an HR environment and sound knowledge of current employment legislation.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our offices. Candidates will have the ability to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs.
