We are now looking for an
HR Advisor
To join our team in Drammen, Norway, we are looking for a self-propelled HR generalist who will advise, support, and work closely with the line managers regarding HR topics. You will work alongside your friendly colleagues in our HR department and report to HR Manager Scandinavia. This is an onsite role at the heart of our operation to ensure the best possible support for our managers, but you can occasionally work remotely.
Responsibilities

Operational management support and advice on topics related to human resources.

HR administration, including reporting, analysis, and use of HR data, GDPR, insurance - and pension schemes.

Maintain, develop, and improve existing HR routines and processes.

Drive, plan, and implement global human resources programs.

Recruitment processes from A to Z.

Facilitate smooth on- and offboarding for employees.

Follow-up of sick leaves.

Actively participate in working environment committee.
To succeed in the role of an HR Advisor, we think that you have
-
Relevant education from college or university, at a minimum bachelor level. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.

Three to five years of relevant work experience from an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and collective agreements.

Knowledge and understanding of HRM systems/software, e.g. Workday
-
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with several different stakeholders.

Well-structured, flexible, and organized approach.
-
Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Strong communication skills.
-
Fluent in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
