What you’ll do
-
This role is responsible for specialised advisory services to line managers and MT leaders in a wide range of Management processes aligning and supporting the HRBP with HR policies and practises to the business strategy and daily operations.

Act as a strategic partner in the development of the performance culture with relevant initiatives & improving employee engagement through inclusive teams. • Drive Talent Strategy for relevant business unit (talent review, succession planning, skillsets, D&I)

Prepare HR Reporting (People Reporting Slide, DEI for their respective market population • Provide insights/knowledge on local labour market/geography to divisions and functions as needed

Motivate, partner with and coach business stakeholders on key HR developments and interventions when People indicators are off track

Support MT people managers and line managers in their development

Provide legal frameworks for all employees in the Pacific including adhere to local laws and regulations
Your qualifications
-
Approximately 2 years’ experience in operational implementation of HR Strategy
-
Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework
-
Practice in making business decisions align with organisational goals
-
Experience in different business /functional areas
-
Experience in effectively managing stakeholders
-
Experience in planning, coordinating executing and evaluating project
