We are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor (known internally as a People Advisor) to support our existing team. You will be providing practical HR advice and support to our managers and colleagues including managing a range of HR matter & employee relations cases including sickness, attendance, capability, conduct, grievances and probation. You will also be involved in policy development and support the implementation of changes relating to the Employment Rights Act.

Knowledge, skills and experience
What you’ll need for the role:
- Previous employee relations experience in managing performance, policy development and organisational restructures.
- Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with managers and colleagues.
- Provide coaching, advice and guidance on a range of HR activities including making reasonable, adjustments, flexible working, maternity and other statutory requirements.
- Experience of supporting formal investigations.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, GDPR and HR compliance standards.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Work as part of a team to achieve results.
