DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to support our UK business, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with managers and leaders to drive best practice in people management.

Reporting to the HR Manager UK&I, you'll play a key role in delivering the HR roadmap, supporting business objectives, and ensuring employees and managers receive a first-class HR service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, coaching managers, HR systems, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.

As the HR Advisor, you will:

  • Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.

  • Coach managers through disciplinary, capability, redundancy, and TUPE processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

  • Support the delivery of the UK HR roadmap, aligning people initiatives with business priorities.

  • Manage key employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding and inductions through to exit interviews and offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS.

  • Produce HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics to support business decision-making.

  • Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee and compensation data is maintained.

  • Contribute to global and regional HR projects, collaborating with colleagues across the wider HR team.

  • Assist with monthly executive reporting and presentations using HR data and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal HR Advisor, will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a generalist HR role.

  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).

  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

  • Experience advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Experience using HR systems/HRIS platforms.

  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
