Formando parte del equipo de RRHH de la fábrica de Aranda de Duero de GSK, el HR Advisor dará apoyo en la consolidación de una nueva herramienta de desarrollo y formación (L&D Hub), colaborará en iniciativas relacionadas con la mejora de la experiencia del empleado, atracción y retención de talento. Además, contribuirá en el análisis de datos y elaboración de presentaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones y colaborará en asegurar la correcta ejecución y adaptación local de programas y políticas globales de RRHH a la fábrica de Aranda.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Apoyar la consolidación de la plataforma L&D Hub en la fábrica.
  • Colaborar en actividades de formación y aprendizaje a nivel local (planificación, coordinación y seguimiento).
  • Participar en programas e iniciativas de engagement que mejoren la experiencia y motivación de los empleados.
  • Participar en iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la atracción, retención y el desarrollo profesional de los empleados.
  • Preparar informes y presentaciones con análisis de datos de RRHH para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales de RRHH para asegurar la adherencia al modelo global de RRHH  asegurando que se cumple la calidad y soporte esperado a nivel local.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de programas y políticas globales de RRHH, garantizando que respondan a las necesidades del sitio y alcancen los resultados previstos.
  • Apoyar iniciativas locales dentro de RRHH.
  • Fomentar el trabajo en equipo inclusivo y la colaboración efectiva en equipos multiculturales y cross‑functional para alcanzar los objetivos de RRHH.

Competencias y habilidades:

  • Se valorará experiencia previa en RRHH y en concreto en formación, desarrollo y gestión del talento.
  • Capacidad analítica y experiencia en elaboración de informes y presentaciones.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para influir en distintos stakeholders.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multiculturales y en entornos cross‑functionals.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).
  • Experiencia previa en roles de RRHH de desarrollo o gestión de talento.
  • Nivel de inglés alto.
  • Disponibilidad para ir a la oficina 3 veces a la semana.
