HR Advisor

About the Role
Join a dynamic and team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector where no two days are the same! We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor (On Site) to provide hands-on support to our blue & white collar workforce.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Act as a support to the Northgate team in compliance, management of systems and process, and act as a first point of contact for front line queries
  • Support the internal people pillar to ensure best practice across site HR function
  • Collate and execute analytic HR metrics and take on key projects to enhance engagement for the site
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
  • Support business improvement initiatives and contribute towards positive engagement native across the site

About you
You may be a recent graduate with an interest in HR or perhaps you're an experienced HR Coordinator ready to take the next step. Either way, you're someone who's confident handling day-to-day HR administration and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. You're proactive, people-focused, and not afraid of a fast-paced, hands-on environment where things can shift quickly.
Due to the nature of the role, you'll need to be based on-site at our Northgate factory five days a week, working closely with both our blue- and white-collar teams.
Your ability to build strong relationships, stay organised, and provide practical, solutions-oriented support will be key to your success.
