You will drive the Swedish people-agenda for the entire employment cycle; including contracts, bonus calculations and provide input to the payroll department.
Act as a trusted sparring partner to retail management, translating business goals into HR initiatives.
Analyze HR key figures and derive recommendations for action.
Provide expert advice on labor law, union negotiations and employee relations to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, dismissals and conflict mediation.
Contract management, working time regulations and health and safety requirements.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for store managers and retail teams.
Provide support in performance management, succession planning and talent development.
To strengthen engagement and employee retention, you will drive cultural and change initiatives.
What you bring to the table
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within HR
Experience from retail, hospitality or other service industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
Proven experience with Swedish labor law and employee relations
Analytical mindset and able to translate KPI's into people actions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
The ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities
Ideally gained experience already within international HR systems, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, People Soft, or similar programs
In this role, you will take ownership of the HR agenda primarily for Sweden, working closely with our retail teams to support, challenge, and develop the business. You’ll operate across both operational and strategic levels, partnering with stakeholders to improve ways of working, strengthen employee experience, and deliver tangible results.
You’ll join a collaborative Scandinavian HR team of three, working closely together to support the business and create an environment where people feel empowered, valued, and able to perform at their best.
