Job Description:
- Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, supporting several HRBPS.
- Support HR plans on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports.
- Consolidate data and prepare communication to ensure consistent & harmonized way of working supporting the HRBPS.
- Track data, ensure follow-up, manage KPIs / preparation of different documents (e.g. letters, reporting, presentations, )
