As HR advisor at AssistiveWare, you will be responsible for ensuring our People & Culture practices support a healthy, compliant, and sustainable organization. You shape, implement and continuously improve HR processes, enabling our people managers to apply them consistently and fairly. You combine hands-on HR work with guiding our people managers in their growth and with strategic HR development.

You collaborate closely with our people managers on individual employee performance, and with management on processes and strategic choices.  You will work together with our Operations Manager on the execution of recruitment, administration, employee wellbeing and culture. You will be part of the Operations team which takes care of HR, Legal, Finance and Office logistics.

What will you be doing?

  • Support management in improving psychological safety and DEIB by cultivating an inclusive workplace within AssistiveWare.
  • Support people managers by providing guidance and support when required.
  • Support our team members in difficult situations, be a listening ear and raise issues with management and people managers.
  • Guide short- and long-term sickness processes, reintegration, and sustainable return-to-work.
  • Guide the recruitment process, ensuring it is effective and fair.
  • Manage personnel administration and ensure accurate HR records and agreements.
  • Support employee wellbeing and health through proactive HR practices and interventions.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience around implementation processes such as, conflict management, performance management, building/maintaining the company culture.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law, regulations and procedures.
  • Experience in working in an international context, with different backgrounds, cultures and contracts.
  • Experience in driving DEIB improvements that support AssistiveWare’s values.
  • A good eye for the mental health and personal wellbeing of your colleagues.
  • 6+ years relevant experience as a HR advisor.
  • A bachelor's degree in the field of Human Resource Management or related education.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Living in the Amsterdam region.

  • A 32 hour/week position, located at the office 3/4 days a week

  • Monthly gross salary between €3.900 and €4.700 depending on work experience and knowledge level

Skills Required
