Job Details
Being a part of HR Shared Services team, mainly supporting Country HR Manager for Lithuania, this role will work to meet all expected service level agreements, and provide thoughtful and informative responses to employees while supporting across all HR lifecycle processes.
The HR Administrator provides seamless customer experience for Cencora’s employees within Lithuania. The role serves as the initial owner and resolution provider for basic employee inquiries raised through ServiceNow.

Leverage knowledgebase to provide consistent and attentive customer service to Cencora employees

Receive inbound inquires via ServiceNow que, verifying the needs of employees and assisting in resolution

Provide guidance to employees on basic inquires across all areas of the employee lifecycle, tracking all cases through ServiceNow, in a timely and thoughtful manner

Direct employees to the appropriate resources when needed

Review data and trouble shoot process and inquiry resolutions to improve quality, efficiency and employee experience

Support operational work across the HR Shared Services team and local HR team to drive efficient and consistent processes

Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to employee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as other aspects of the employee life cycle

Prepare monthly employee details reports for the management and finance as required

Perform other tasks as assigned by Country HR manager and the leadership team
Requirements

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Experience in HR and/or Administration and/or Customer service - a strong advantage;

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;

Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations;

Strong interpersonal skills;

Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations;

Experience in tasks, requiring great attention to detail;

Payroll processing, data collection, entry and reporting experience - strong advantage;

Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently;

Familiarity with Lithuania employment laws;

Ability to represent a positive and professional image;

Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software e.g. Microsoft application, Workday etc.
