Job Description

We’re on the lookout for our next apprentice who is ready to kickstart their career in HR. Our Team Experience team (thats our HR team!) play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide the best team member experience at every opportunity, so you’ll get a chance to help drive our three pillars of success: Culture, Performance and Wellbeing.

• Support the HR team with administrative and coordination duties across the whole employment lifecycle.
• Liaise with Payroll to track staff movements within business for changes of terms and conditions of employment.
• Maintenance of our internal HR systems, including our HRIS, engagement platform and R&R system.
• Be the go-to person for general HR enquiries and manage the TX inbox (you’ll be that legend who can answer it all—or find out how!).
• Support the wider HR team with adhoc projects and initiatives for engagement, onboarding and performance reviews.
• HR support & adhoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Recent completion, or near completion, of tertiary education in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in an admin or customer service role
• High level computer literacy with experience using a HRIS/ATS and/or Google Workspace being beneficial but not a deal breaker.
• Sense of humour - non negotiable!
• Must be flexible, adaptable, eager to learn and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to say yes in a no world!

• Applicants should be currently based in Australia and hold valid work rights.
• Permanent full-time position based at HQ Waterloo.
