If you love the idea of being the person who keeps recruitment, onboarding, and compliance moving — accurately, on time, every time — this role is built for you. You'll be the reliable engine room of the HR function for a well-established, multi-site organisation that relies on sharp administration to keep its people processes running smoothly.
About the RoleAs HR Support Officer, you'll own the day-to-day administration that keeps the employee lifecycle moving — from the moment a role is advertised through to onboarding, employee changes, and compliance record-keeping. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of the HR function, working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Security to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Coordinate onboarding workflows with IT, Security, Facilities, and Finance so every new hire is ready on day one
Prepare employment change documentation — status changes, title updates, reporting line changes, statements of service, and leave correspondence
Track compliance requirements, probation reviews, and performance plan milestones, and support audits and record reviews
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data across systems
