Job Description

**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze HR data and provide insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address engagement issues.
- Support the development of engagement programs and initiatives.
**Skills:**
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
