JOB SUMMARY 

The HR Administrator provides general administrative support to the HR team across multiple human resource functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs administrative tasks, including updating HR records within the HRIS system
  • Documents processes within areas of responsibility
  • Provide recommendations for streamlining processes within the lifecycle of an associate
  • Assists with ad hoc HR projects
  • Provides HR related reports upon request utilizing the HRIS system
  • I-9 verifications while maintaining compliance with USCIS
  • Onboards new associates by ordering background checks and sending out offer letters and new hire paperwork 
  • Performs the exit process for all terminated associates
  • Provide BU leaders with exit interview analysis and provide recommendations to reduce turnover within their department
  • Completes employment verifications while maintaining compliance standards
  • Maintains the HR inbox and responds to associate emails within 24 hours
  • Answer associate questions and concerns and refer to HR Director for further guidance and direction when needed
  • Perform and support compliance audits as needed
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of human resources administrative experience
  • Experience using an HRIS system, preferably Paycom
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, critical thinker, problem solver, follow-through, drive for results, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and associate focus
  • Ability to think independently and execute sound judgment in making decisions
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written required

  • Frequent sitting in stationary position at a desk
