In this context of dynamic renewal and growth, we are looking for a HR Administrator to support our operations located in Malaysia.
Your responsibilities
Personnel administration
- Daily payroll management.
- Main point of contact for all HR‑related questions from employees.
- Processing daily HR documents, including reports, contracts, amendments, letters, workplace accident files, disciplinary actions, etc.
Optimisation of HR administration:
- Accurate data entry and management in HR and payroll administration systems.
- Performance control through detailed analyses.
- Collaboration with store teams to manage HR files while ensuring compliance with company deadlines
Technical skills
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong interest in continuous learning and employee development.
- Malay and English speaking.
