Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee administration processes from onboarding to separation.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, background verification, and induction activities.
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, policy acknowledgements, and other employee correspondence.
- Manage employee confirmation, probation reviews, transfers, role changes, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
- Administer employee databases, HRIS systems, and organizational records.
- Ensure proper documentation and record retention in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee information updates.
- Coordinate asset allocation, acknowledgements, and asset recovery during separation.
- Support HR compliance activities and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR documentation and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and policies.
- Coordinate with leadership, managers, payroll, finance, and administration teams on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and administrative activities.
- Support communication and coordination across geographically distributed teams, including US stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and employee metrics.
- Generate periodic reports related to headcount, onboarding, attrition, employee records, and HR operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR administrative processes and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce,
- Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferred.
- Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Administration with a US-based company and exposure to supporting geographically distributed teams and US stakeholders.
- Experience working with US-based organizations or distributed global teams.
- Exposure to HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, Zoho People, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of employee onboarding platforms and document management systems.
- Experience preparing HR reports, metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Understanding of employment documentation and compliance practices in multinational environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
