Job DescriptionAs HR Administrator, you will:
- Handle the employee lifecycle paperwork (from hiring to termination), according to local laws and requirements
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information like leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules
- Look after benefits administration
- Cooperate closely with other departments
- Monitor labor laws and adapt internal policies as needed
- 1+ year of experience working as a specialist in the HR domain
- Fluent Polish, plus advanced English and Ukrainian
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- You’re a flexible, detail-oriented and open-minded individual
- Experience in HR in an international company would be an advantage
