We’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) Administrative Support candidate who brings an array of essential skills: a knack for organization, a keen eye for detail, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact every single day!
SUMMARY:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Location: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA (Hybrid work environment)
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 (based on years of experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an integral member of our team, the HR Administrative Support will carry out various administrative duties with the utmost confidentiality. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, staff, and customers. The HR Administrative Support plays a crucial role in guiding candidates through the screening and employment lifecycle while also supporting HR compliance initiatives.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of office administrative related experience
- Experience working with database systems, Word, Excel, and Outlook

- PA Department of Education FBI
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
