Job Description - HR Administrative Assistant:

The HR Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Director of Administration and will be responsible for a wide variety of duties primarily focused on Employee Administration. The candidate will be trained to perform tasks including, but not limited to: Human Resources, Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and other helpful tasks within the business/department. This position requires strong Excel knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding
  • Overview of employee timecards
  • Overview of employee PTO requests and maintaining the PTO calendar
  • Employee file maintenance
  • New hire offer letters
  • Compensation plan changes
  • Processing monthly Commission & Bonus statements
  • Payroll Processing
  • Processing termination of employment
  • This position will serve as backup to the Director of Administration in:
    • Benefits Enrollment
    • Collaborate with IT for new hires
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups, sumifs, and formulas
  • Able to maintain absolute discretion as will be working with confidential employee files and documents
  • Able to type at least 40WPM
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Results-oriented work ethic and high level of personal initiative
  • Extremely detail-oriented and conscientious
  • Team player with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others
  • Adaptable to change

Compensation:

  • $24.00-$26.00 per hour
  • Full-Time (Monday – Friday), onsite
  • Pre-employment testing will include CCAT, DiSC, Typing and Excel
