We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our San Pedro Sula, Honduras office.
Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document HR internal processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing administrative improvements.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring metrics, engagement indicators, and performance data.
- Develop dashboards and tracking tools in Excel to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and internal reports.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Training, and other HR functions to consolidate and interpret relevant data.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by tracking participation, analyzing survey results, and preparing summary reports.
- Assist in internal audits by validating documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain structured databases and ensure proper documentation control.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for special projects and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Advanced English skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR analytics, or similar analytical roles.
- Advanced Excel skills pivot tables, advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH), data validation, dashboards, and reporting automation.
- Experience working with HRIS or ATS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
