We are looking for

HR/Admin. Supervisor

at one of our locations in Taicang, China

• Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives.

• Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, and capability building initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines to improve recruitment effectiveness and quality.

• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives for key positions.

• Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Facilitate performance management processes and monitor implementation effectiveness.

• Develop and execute annual training and development plans based on business needs.

• Coordinate onboarding programs and professional skills training.

• Provide HR metrics and workforce analytics to management.

• Monitor HR KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient and well-organized office management.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, solid expertise across all major HR disciplines.

• Strong understanding of PRC labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
