Job Description:
A female executive typically acts as a link between the company and clients to ensure all their needs are being met and that they’re satisfied with the work the company’s providing them. She acts as a mediator between the clients and the management while maintaining confidentiality regarding the deals and other details.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relations with clients
Manage projects within the clients' account to ensure clients' goals are met
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to identify new opportunities to grow business
 Maintain detailed client records, keeping track of each contract, updates, and renewals for the same
Work with sales and other internal team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure the needs are met within the given time
Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services to work with the clients and the team
Maintaining accounts, making sure clients receive services that are within the budget within the given time
Prepare a report about regular follow ups, status and share it with the management regularly
