What you'll be doing...
- Support the DPO in developing and managing Job&Talent’s global data privacy program, with a focus on vendor risk and legal compliance
- Oversee privacy compliance efforts across the company, collaborating with legal, security, and business teams
- Respond to customer and partner privacy inquiries, conduct AI governance and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), and negotiate data protection terms
- Manage vendor risk, including negotiating DPAs, reviewing assessments, and conducting third-party evaluations
- Contribute to training, internal playbooks, and legal resources to strengthen privacy awareness across the organization
- Assist with regulatory inquiries and support incident response efforts in collaboration with the security team
- Own and operate relevant privacy processes in OneTrust
You have...
- Fully qualified lawyer in at least one EU member state
- Minimum 5 years of experience advising on global data protection matters and negotiating data protection-related contracts
- Extensive hands-on experience with OneTrust
- Proven ability to lead and manage a broad range of privacy-related projects
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and seniority levels
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C2 level)
Nice if you also have...
- Prior in-house experience within a high-growth technology company
- Background in private practice (law firm or consultancy)
- Familiarity with data protection regulations outside the EU/UK, particularly in the United States
- Experience in data risk management and/or supporting privacy-related audits
- CIPP certification (EU and US preferred)
