We are looking for a Data Specialist for our global team to take charge of tracking and reporting the key metrics of our marketplace, including acquisition investment, active workers, CAC, and Fill Rate percentage. This role is essential for ensuring data-driven decision-making at senior levels, providing detailed analyses, and developing robust dashboards to monitor global spending.
Responsibilities
- Manage and report on main marketplace metrics, such as acquisition costs, active worker numbers, CAC, and Fill Rate percentage
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking global spending across different markets
- Create and implement supply operating models tailored to various countries, collaborating closely with local teams
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to deliver actionable insights to senior management
You have..
- At least 1 year of experience in consulting or high growth start up
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- High level of English proficiency
- Strong skills in SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Proven experience in tracking and analyzing key business metrics
