About the Role
The Global Credit Management Analyst is essential to our financial integrity, conducting credit reviews, managing credit risks, and overseeing customer credit processes. This role enhances our financial stability and efficiency, crucial to the organization's overall health.
Key Accountabilities:
Credit Management:
- Perform HQ credit reviews for both existing and new customers to ensure appropriate credit limits and terms are applied.
- Plan annual customer credit reviews to proactively manage potential financial risks for the group.
- Monitor and oversee Cash On Delivery (COD) customers from a group/regional standpoint.
- Oversee the review process for bad debt write-offs.
- Manage the Temp credit application usage.
Process Development and Maintenance:
- Collaborate in the development of the E-approval Platform for credit applications.
Maintain and update the credit application tracking log-sheet timely.
Stakeholder Training and Project Support:
- Provide stakeholder training sessions to standardize and enhance familiarity with the credit application process.
- Assist in reviewing service agreements from financial risk and payment term perspectives.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- University degree or higher, with a major in Accounting/Finance.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in credit and/or AR collection in a multinational company.
- Proficient use of Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, SUBTOTAL, COUNTIF.
- Good understanding of financial statements and analysis used to determine creditworthiness.
- Detail-oriented and skilled in handling data and numbers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and challenges.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
