Responsibilities:
- Advise on HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure global and local compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Monitor regulatory changes, updating policies and processes to align with evolving requirements.
- Oversee HR-related contracts, collective agreements, and labor regulation application across regions.
- Partner with People & Culture to design scalable, compliant policies that support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with a Law degree.
- 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a major law firm (labour/employment practice) and 2–3 years in an international in-house legal department.
- Solid knowledge of labour and employment law, with proven experience advising on HR policies, collective agreements, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and interpret regulatory changes and translate them into practical updates for policies and processes.
- Strong business orientation with the ability to partner effectively with People & Culture teams and design scalable, compliant solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive self-starter with high motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both day-to-day issues and long-term strategic projects.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Tech sector or commercial law is a plus.
- Other languages (ES, IT, PT, FR, DE).
