Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for HPP Global Planning Manager.  In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating a Planning team in charge of planning Fabs and Assembly plants withing HPP subdivision.

You will be responsible of achieving KPI results that include among others the following: monthly billing targets, on time delivery targets, customer request compliance, inventory $ and turns targets.

Job Location:

Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa site is focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.

What you will be doing:

• To manage the local Planning team, to work with other international plants teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing, Purchasing) and subdivisions teams to achieve the Divisional goals.
• To define and manage the loading and the production plans of Vishay factories and subcontractors.
• To provide and manage through the MRP system the materials requirements for Purchasing colleagues and to procure directly Silicon with a planner buyer approach
• To support Vishay SAP improvement and update projects
• To produce reports and analysis for Senior Management
• To develop and use tools to solve and manage specific planning business conditions.
• To understand and identify and correct potential critical situations related to our supply.
• To manage customer orders confirmations and expedites.
• Willingness to travel.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management or in technical majors
• 5+ years’ experience with Planning in an international environment
• Good communication in Italian and English

• Experience in managing a group of people.
• Good knowledge of MRP systems in multi sites environment
• Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from Top Managers.
• Good motivation to master new major challenges.
• Good coaching and mentoring skill.
