Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of third-party products including mounting solutions, displays, and medical devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Quality, Sales, Procurement, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain to extend our HPM product portfolio to full solutions.
Identify and evaluate potential third-party product partnerships, conducting market analysis and due diligence to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements
Develop and execute product strategies to maximize revenue and market share for third-party products
Support the markets to define product requirements and specifications based on customer needs, HPM product specs, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends, while ensuring seamless integration with our existing HPM Portfolio
Collaborate with external partners and R&D to oversee product development, testing, and validation processes, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards
Drive transformational projects and drive continuous improvement to reduce complexity and improve time to market
Defining and designing a strategic portfolio of solutions in collaboration with HPM Product Management and Global Markets
Manage portfolio health and relevance by understanding HPM’s full product line and ensuring full solution enablement with appropriate accessories

You are a fit if:
You have a Bachelor’s degree +, preferably biomedical engineering, hardware/mechanical engineering, clinical science, or marketing
>3 years relevant /complementary experience in medical devices, solutions marketing, product development in an international business environment
Medical device/ solutions sales or clinical settings is helpful
