Job Description:
Aruba Global Readiness Support will work with all HPE Networking stakeholders, supporting their Readiness planning, engagement and deployment work. Supporting Global Sales Readiness Lead in all HPE Networking related preparation, lead and project work, associated with GTM initiatives and Readiness planning.
Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value. Works with WW HPE Networking Readiness Lead in preparation, execution and related readiness projects work.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights.
- Works independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.
- Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Leads Global Accounts selection process
- Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
- Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
- Leads Account nomination, segmentation and selection process
- Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
- Supports Global Accounts Outlook process (offline and online - FSP platform)
- Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
- Provides Insights and reports for deployment reviews, sign-offs and other planning or business needs.
Education and Experience Required:
- Typically 6-10 years work experience in sales operations, sales compensation, or finance.Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, PowerBI, QlikSense, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Advanced English Level.

- Extensive knowledge of research methodology for key business issues.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
