Houseperson
Location: Breckenridge, CO
Position Type: Part-Time Non-Exempt
Compensation: $22.00- $25.25 /hour (DOE)
Schedule: Weekends and holidays always, Morning from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements
- Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers, pools, and outdoor spaces.
- Restock amenities, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors using appropriate equipment.
- Remove trash, compost, and recycling from common areas.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure lost-and-found items are properly logged.
- Operate UV light technology and follow safety protocols.
- Assist housekeeping staff with room readiness and special requests.
- Complete deep cleaning tasks and seasonally assigned projects.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Marginal Duties: Power wash exterior decks and assist with snow removal.
- Support sustainability initiatives (recycling, composting, resource conservation).
- Perform additional duties as needed across property.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Reliable transportation to/from work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 months of prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, carpet cleaners).
- Knowledge of OSHA-compliant chemical handling/safety procedures.
- Experience in a resort or hotel environment.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English
