Manage accounts receivable activities, including auditing new accounts, monitoring delinquent mortgage accounts, processing payments and refunds, and assisting with deed releases. The role also supports bankruptcy, resale, reporting, process improvement, and cross-training in other AR functions.

Design and produce branded creative for websites, email, social media, digital advertising, print, and integrated campaigns. Develop visual concepts, adapt assets across channels, support WordPress landing pages, use generative AI tools, and contribute to video and motion graphics. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, use performance data to refine designs, maintain brand standards, prepare production-ready files, and manage multiple deadlines. The hybrid role includes regular travel between properties and occasional event or shoot work.

Supports sustainability initiatives across resort and office locations, including recycling, composting, energy programs, education, meetings, and process improvements. Assists sustainability staff, observes operations, proposes updates aligned with best practices, and helps implement continuing education. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, computer proficiency, physical lifting, safety awareness, and in-person work in a mountain resort environment.

Deliver exceptional guest service by executing check-in/check-out, managing reservations and owner inquiries, coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering, maintaining accurate folios and night audit documentation, operating the phone system, enforcing policies professionally, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining front desk and retail areas.

Processes bi-monthly sales commissions and incentive payments, prepares checks and ACH batches, reconciles bank, payroll, medical claims, credit card, escrow, and construction accounts, and records monthly journal entries. Collaborates with Accounting, Sales, Data Analytics, HR, and Internal Audit to resolve discrepancies and secure approvals. The role also mentors peers, trains new staff, improves processes, supports department initiatives, and provides accurate internal customer service.
