Trains engineering technicians, assists with property upkeep and emergencies, and provides guest-focused support. The role requires aquatic maintenance knowledge, physical ability, outdoor work, and CPO certification or completion within 30 days.

Processes timeshare real estate contracts, payments, deeds, rescissions, owner loans, resales, and funding packages. Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness, archives records in Laserfiche, coordinates with accounting and verification teams, and answers owner title-related questions. Maintains spreadsheets and files while resolving contract issues and ensuring timely follow-up.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including auditing new accounts, monitoring delinquent mortgage accounts, processing payments and refunds, and assisting with deed releases. Serve as the primary contact for owner mortgage and HOA inquiries, resolve billing issues, document interactions, maintain compliance, and collaborate on complex accounting matters. The role also supports bankruptcy, resale, reporting, process improvement, and cross-training in other AR functions.

The role involves engaging with customers, communicating vacation ownership benefits, scheduling presentations, and managing promotional displays.
