Deliver linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and other housekeeping items to guest rooms and storage areas.
Assist Room Attendants by removing trash, dirty linen, and other used items from rooms and hallways.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas in all three buildings (lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, etc.).
Assist with cleaning meeting rooms or event spaces as needed.
Restock housekeeping closets at the end of each shift.
Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping staff requests.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, carts, and floor cleaning machines.
Assist with deliveries; getting them to the correct location and breaking down trash.
