Job DescriptionAs a Houseperson, you play an important role in creating a positive experience for our owners and guests by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property. You will support housekeeping operations by preparing supplies, delivering essential items, and assisting with light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
As a Houseperson, you will:
- Support housekeeping teams by stocking totes and carts with the appropriate supplies and delivering them as directed
- Deliver clean linens and other supplies to housekeeping staff as needed
- Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest units
- Help maintain the appearance of outdoor and common areas, including patios, patio furniture, BBQ areas, and other exterior spaces
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to help keep the property safe and well maintained
- Provide backup support to housekeeping staff when needed
- Follow safety guidelines and complete other duties as assigned
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling moderate physical activity, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds
- Good judgment when interacting with guests, owners, and team members
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus
