Job Description

Be part of the team that keeps our resort looking its best! As a Houseperson, you play a hands-on role in creating an outstanding guest experience by preparing rooms for cleaning, supporting housekeeping and maintenance to ensure every detail meets our high resort standards. Your work helps set the stage for unforgettable stays.

As a Houseperson, you will:

  • Stock housekeeping carts with the correct supplies and deliver them to the housekeeping team as directed.
  • Deliver clean linens and essential supplies to housekeeping staff and collect buckets after rooms are completed.
  • Collect and properly dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest units in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare, stock, and clean unit spaces and shared amenities, including patios, patio furniture, and BBQ areas.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks to help keep rooms and common areas in great condition.
  • Assist housekeeping team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support the team and help maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
