We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in supporting our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Ensure all linens, towels, and supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing amenities, and reporting repairs needed
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, storage closets, and equipment
- Support with moving furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning or maintenance purposes
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special needs or requests
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
