Job Description
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by ensuring that all guest rooms are well maintained and cleaned, providing professional customer service to the Hotel’s guests ensuring all requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and providing guests and employees with a safe and orderly environment.
As a Houseman you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas of the hotel, both interior and exterior, according to established hotel procedures. You will have a major influence on the first and lasting impressions of our guests on our attention to hygiene standards and detail. You will provide an invisible excellence of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Houseman
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
