They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00pm-7:00am
  • Baylor - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Thursday - 7:00am-7:00pm

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team at Piedmont Crossing in Davidson County. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life through skilled nursing practices.
Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Educate residents and families on health management and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license in North Carolina. (RN license if applicable.)
  • Strong background in patient care and nursing practices.
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on enhancing resident quality of life.
