What you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Five years recent, relevant clinical experience required, at least one year in critical care/ED preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- PALS certification encouraged.
- Ability to manager and prioritize several job tasks simultaneously and be able to function under high stress situations.
What you will do:
- Provide clinical care support for routine and emergent needs of hospital departments.
- Facilitates responsibilities for obtaining equipment, supplies, patient information etc. as needed for the ongoing provision of quality patient care.
- Demonstrate adherence to infection control guidelines and ensures compliance for the protection of all staff, patients and visits.
- Investigates all incidents, complaints, or risk management occurrences that occur or are reported during their shift and forward to Director/Manager of Departments.
