We’re looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent, and highly dependable Lifestyle & House Manager / Personal Assistant to support a high-performing private investor in managing the many moving parts of his personal life, home, and travel.

This is not your typical office-based assistant role — it’s an opportunity to become the right hand to someone who deeply values focus, integrity, and efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to creating space for peak performance, while giving you stability, ownership, and the chance to truly make someone’s life easier, better, and smoother.

What You’ll Be Doing🏡 Household & Lifestyle Management
  • Take ownership of daily home upkeep and regular household cleaning to maintain an organized, welcoming environment.
  • Handle errands, groceries, dry cleaning, mail, deliveries, and basic household shopping.
  • Manage small home projects and coordinate with vendors (cleaners, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Water plants, walk and care for the family dog, and ensure the home is running efficiently.
  • Handle small local administrative tasks (e.g., picking up packages, post office visits, or scheduling home appointments).
💼 Personal & Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update the personal calendar, ensuring timely reminders and smooth scheduling.
  • Assist with travel bookings, dinner reservations, and last-minute changes with attention to detail.
  • Track only personal expenses related to purchases or errands made on behalf of the family — no bookkeeping or financial management required.
  • Keep simple notes, receipts, or lists organized for monthly expense review.
  • Communicate proactively to confirm priorities, clarify instructions, and ensure follow-through.
✈️ Mobility & Travel Coordination
  • Support travel planning and logistics between Puerto Rico and Miami (approximately 20 days/month in PR, 10 days in Miami).
  • Occasionally coordinate tasks remotely when the couple is away.

Optional: assist with travel preparation, move coordination, or short-term relocations if needed.


RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForSkills & Experience
  • 2+ years in a personal assistant, lifestyle manager, or household support role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Tech-comfortable with Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Experience managing household errands, cleaning, and logistics.
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and personal laptop.

BenefitsSchedule & Compensation
  • Schedule Options:
    • Full-Time: Monday–Friday
    • Part-Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (approx. 20–25 hours/week)
    • Hourly-to-Full-Time Transition: Start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
  • Salary Range:
    • Full-Time: Up to $50,000/year (DOE)
    • Part-Time: Approx. $30,000/year (pro-rated)
