Role:

Linqia is seeking an In-House Content Creator to focus their full-time efforts on creating short-form videos for our client’s paid and organic channels across TikTok, YouTube, and Meta platforms. You will be a hands-on video content creator who will both create and support content development. This position will work closely with the Strategic Accounts and Creative Strategy teams to produce content that aligns with brand goals and supports marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality video and digital content from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the content production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Cast and source talent for content projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative strategy team to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Maintain high standards for all content, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and style.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best video and digital content creation practices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality digital content optimized for social media use, especially video.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools and software.
  • Ability to cast and source talent for content projects.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to produce engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably within a marketing or digital media environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, Journalism, Fine Arts, or a related field.
