In House Agency Operations Associate

This role supports B2B and B2C email marketing initiatives within the Zoetis Creative Studios In-house Creative Team by combining email marketing operations and account/project management with regulated copywriting. The position owns day-to-day intake, timelines, stakeholder communication, designer coverage coordination, and Veeva Vault workflow execution to keep work moving from brief through approval and release. The role also supports launch efforts for seven (7) product launches across 2026 -2027, ensuring launch communications are delivered on time and in compliance with applicable review requirements.

Position Responsibilities

Email Marketing Operations & Account/Project Management:

· Own intake, scoping, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication for assigned B2B/B2C email workstreams.

· Coordinate coverage and workflow across Email and Graphic Designers to ensure clear handoffs and continuity of delivery.

· Support launch communications and operational execution for seven (7) product launches across 2026 -2027, aligning timelines, approvals, and launch readiness.

· Own Veeva Vault workflows for assigned work (metadata accuracy, routing, version control, and approval capture).

· Drive process clarity and lightweight improvements to reduce cycle time and increase speed-to-market.

Position Responsibilities:

Copywriting & Content Development (B2B/B2C):

· Write and edit on-brand, regulation-compliant email copy for B2B and B2C audiences (subject lines, preheaders, body copy, CTAs).

· Tailor messaging by audience: consumer-friendly B2C language and professionally appropriate B2B terminology.

· Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Scientific, and Creative teams to incorporate feedback and maintain brand/compliance consistency

· Ensure copy is clear, scannable, and consistent across campaigns (voice, terminology, required statements/disclosures as applicable).

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 4+ years experience in email marketing operations, account/project management, copywriting, or a blended marketing production role

·  2+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, animal health, or other regulated industries (required).

· Experience working with cross-functional review teams (Regulatory/Legal/Scientific) and regulated review workflows

·  Veeva Vault experience (workflow ownership/use strongly preferred) or comparable regulated DAM/approval platforms.

Technical Skills Requirements:

· Experience with Veeva Vault workflows

· Comfort with project tracking and documentation tools

· Must be proficient in a Windows/PC-based work environment

·  Adobe Creative Suite, Figma

 

Physical Position Requirements:

· Position is Parsippany, NJ based

· Travel requirements less than 5%

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $82,000 to $118,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
