We're looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join the opening team at Yarrow, our brand new restaurant in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.
Yarrow is a fresh dining destination, open to both the public and our retirement village residents, serving exceptional food and warm, professional hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one, leading by example and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service every shift.

What you'll be doing- Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome.
- Coaching and motivating the front of house team to maintain consistently high standards.
- Supporting with team training, development and performance.
- Assisting with rotas, stock control and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving any issues with confidence.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety procedures.
- Working closely with the management and kitchen teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A confident leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
- A hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes some evenings and weekends.

Skills Required
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Proven leadership skills; ability to coach, motivate and develop front-of-house staff
- Strong organisational skills and ability to remain calm in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work a rota including some evenings and weekends
