Job Description:

Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services

• Complete clerical and administrative tasks for the firm including food ordering, event planning and conference room scheduling

• Set-up meeting rooms as specified

• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies

• Clean pantry and kitchen as needed

• Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services

• Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks

• Manage setup for the highest quality of work and service, ensuring breakdown of spaces returns to the standard setup for all onsite meetings and events.

• Monitor and update the Event Management System (EMS) as requests come in via email and phone calls, ensuring reservation cleanup for catering only.

• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and effective multitasking capabilities. Communicate effectively with team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, and requests.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails promptly.

• Offer additional assistance and support to Office Services Specialists on the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred

• Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time

• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Epiq is also seeking the same role with a shift of 10:00a.m to 7:00p.m.

The Compensation range for this role is 15.82 to 21.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
