Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day running of the Hospitality Service, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Review and organise incoming bookings and ensure delivery of orders is managed within BaxterStorey service guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, including labour costs, food costs, and supplies, to meet goals.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Assist with the setup and arrangement of event venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment, as per the client's requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

  • Previous experience commensurate with role
  • Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
  • You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
  • Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance 
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
