About the Role
The Hospitality Manager, Support plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional experiences for every Player who walks through our doors. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the venue by leading Support Playmakers, managing hospitality processes, and upholding Topgolf’s high standards of service and hospitality.
You’ll lead and develop a team, manage scheduling and operational workflows, collaborate with other departments, and ensure that every moment of the Player journey is seamless and fun. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves coaching others, and is energized by fast-paced, guest-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Support Playmakers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Develop and implement operational strategies to elevate the Player experience and enhance service quality
• Oversee and manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment
• Partner with other venue departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities
• Handle Player inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional resolution
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain service excellence
• Manage financial aspects of Support operations, including budgeting and expense oversight
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve offerings
• Create efficient staffing schedules based on venue needs and business demands
• Perform other operational duties as assigned
What You Bring
• Prior experience in hospitality management or a related leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing demands
• Proficiency with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of industry regulations, safety protocols, and service standards
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management
• A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable Player experiences
