Job Description:
Bring your passion for elevated customer service to a prestigious law firm as a Hospitality Associate where you’ll deliver concierge style experiences in a professional setting. Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide elevated "concierge style" customer service to both internal and external candidates of the firm
Set-up meeting rooms as specified
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Set up daily lunches, including preparing dining areas, arranging food service stations, and ensuring proper presentation
Coordinate with catering or food service vendors to confirm deliveries and meal requirements
Monitor lunch service to ensure food availability, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards
Clean, break down, and reset lunch areas after service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens, dining areas, and common spaces
Stock supplies such as plates, utensils, beverages, and condiments
Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
Assist with special events, meetings, and hospitality functions as needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Prior experience providing elevated hospitality support in a professional setting or high end hotel or conference center is highly preferred
The Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
