We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide
In this role, you will:
Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Its offering includes chef-prepared meals, engaging daily activities, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, wellness checks, medication management, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, health assessments, and coordination with physicians and other care providers. Clinical services and on-site staff support residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.
