The overall purpose of the Hospitality Aide position is to provide each of the assigned Patients with routine daily care and services.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Experience as a Caregiver is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
Essential Functions:
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients.
- Contribute knowledge of Patients' observations as required.
- Promote safe/clean environment.
- Assure that equipment including mobile devices are charged, clean and functional always and report any malfunctions to supervisor.
- Attend in-service training programs.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Has reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Networks Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employee's responsibility to enforce it.
- Attend Patient Care Management Systems weekly in-service and incorporate into the delivery of patient care.
- Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
