HoReCa & Off-Trade Sales Representative

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution of the Pernod Ricard portfolio across HoReCa (restaurants, bars, hotels and cafés) and Off-Trade channels (modern and traditional trade).
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers.
- Deliver sales, distribution and visibility objectives in line with company strategy and priorities.
- Execute promotional and trade marketing activities and ensure excellent in-store execution.
- Monitor product availability, shelf positioning and planogram compliance in the Off-Trade channel.
- Collaborate with distributors, merchandisers and internal stakeholders to drive business performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage promotional budgets and monitor commercial agreements with HoReCa customers.
- Report sales activities, market insights and performance using company tools and systems.
What We Expect
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably within FMCG, beverages or spirits.
- Experience working with HoReCa customers and/or modern and traditional trade accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation and proactive approach.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into business actions.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
- English language skills will be considered an advantage.
